Media Group Report
Media Group Mission Statement:
This project focuses on development and maintenance of the web
page of the Habitat software, and inventory groups along with
the Logan Center toy group. The web page will be used both as
an organizational tool and as a source for information for
outsiders who are interested in joining the involved groups or
just wanting to see what they do. Other methods of PR will
also be explored as a way to gather new team members.
Our primary task is to create a new web page which is useful
to both current members and prospective members alike. We are
using tools such as HTML, Frontpage, and Flash to accomplish
this so it will be both technically and aesthetically
pleasing. Our secondary task is to develop awareness of EPICS
within the undergraduate engineering community at Notre
Dame to attract new members through use of a promotional
poster and flyers made with Photoshop.
